Are Kendall Jennear And Ben Simmons Really Over?

Kendall Jenner and Ben Simmons are simply going with the flow. Fans may be confused after the two, who reportedly broke up last May, were spotted in public together a number of times. However, Us Weekly reports, Jenner, 24, and Simmons, 23, are not exclusive again. “Kendall and Ben are not officially back together,” a source told the platform. “They both like having a no-strings-attached type of relationship with each other, for the most part.

They both work and travel frequently and don’t find it very realistic to be in an exclusive relationship with one another. They do really like each other though and love spending time together.” Since their last reported break up, Jenner attended one of the NBA star’s home games in December 2019. TMZ also shared photos of the two leaving his rooftop New Year’s Eve party in Philidelphia. Last month, they were also spotted grocery shopping together in New York City.

“They were getting serious for a bit, but were starting to cool off recently,” an insider told Us Weekly at the time of the 2019 split. “They’re so busy doing their own things and realize they’re young and want to have fun.” Jenner and Simmons have been dating on and off since 2018. In a May 2019 interview, the reality star said that she’d learned from her sisters’ experiences that she wants as little attention surrounding her relationships as possible, especially when things are new. “For me, a lot of things are very special and very sacred, like my friends and relationships, and I personally think that bringing things into the public makes everything so much messier,” she told Vogue Australia. “A relationship is only meant to be between two people, and the second you make it the world’s business is when it starts messing with the two people mentally. Like once everyone is let in, you’re letting all these opinions into your relationships, and I don’t think that’s fair.”

Orlando Bloom Corrects the Misspelled Tattoo of His Son's Name

Orlando Bloom came up with a clever way to honor his 9-year-old son, Flynn a tattoo of the boy's name typed out in Morse code on his forearm. The only problem? The long line of dots and dashes drawn into the actor's skin contained a mistake. The "Lord of the Rings" alum, 43, unveiled the new ink in an Instagram pic last week.

The photo showed a row of dots and dashes below a series of numbers. Fans were quick to guess the design spelled out Flynn's name in Morse code and that the numbers likely related to his date of birth. But some noted the code looked as if it actually spelled out "Frynn" and not "Flynn." Get a daily roundup of items that will make your life easier, healthier and more stylish. Two Morse code experts weighed in on Bloom's tattoo, telling HuffPost it looked more like gibberish than a name.

On Wednesday, Bloom shared a new photo of the now-corrected tattoo with fans, writing, "finally dot it right! How do you make a mistake like that? #pinterestfail (read the small print)." The actor, who shares Flynn with ex-wife Miranda Kerr, 36, also posted a snap of his recent tattoo honoring his rescue dog Sidi, joking, "fortunately I know how to spell Sidi. Forever my boy." Bloom's tattoo artist Balazs Bercsenyi shared his own images of Bloom's new ink, writing, "Round 2 with @orlandobloom + we added the missing dot to the morse code, and did a small one in memory of Sidi, his dog." Bercsenyi joked about the "conclusion" he came to after the pair discovered their error: "Never fully trust what your clients find on Pinterest."

People Claim This Dean Koontz Novel Predicted the COVID-19 Outbreak as “Wuhan-400”

There are so many conspiracy theories about the 2019 novel coronavirus (now named as COVID-19) outbreak that it is hard to tell whether any of these is actually true at all. But there’s a recent impressive “prediction” that has gone viral because an old Dean Koontz novel appears to have predicted the COVID-19 outbreak with some accuracy! The virus involved in the novel is called “Wuhan-400”. And though the one in the movie had a faster incubation period and a 100% mortality rate, it supposedly happened in 2020 and that is the exact year we are in! The book, entitled “The Eyes of Darkness”, was published in 1981.

The bestselling suspense author Dean Koontz wrote the book that tells the story of a Chinese military lab that creates a virus as part of its biological weapons program. “They call the stuff ‘Wuhan-400’ because it was developed at their RDNA labs outside of the city of Wuhan, and it was the four hundredth viable strain of man-made micro-organisms created at that center,” explained Carl Dombey, one of the characters in the novel. The character went on to explain the scary characteristics of the Wuhan-400, saying that it can’t live without a human host of longer than a minute. “If I understand you, the Chinese could use Wuhan-400 to wipe out a city or country, and then there wouldn’t be any need for them to conduct a tricky and expensive decontamination before they moved in and took over the conquered territory,” another character, Elliot, said in reply. Did Dean Koontz Really Predict the Wuhan Outbreak? Eerily, there are many parts of the novel that appear to have really predicted the virus. There is a Wuhan Institute of Virology located just a few kilometers away from Wuhan City. Moreover, COVID-19 is believed to be unable to survive without a host after a few minutes; though it is believed to have come from animals before finding a human host. But according to Mashable, as impressive as the book might have been in “predicting” the Wuhan outbreak, the novel had a Russian biological weapon named “Gorki-400” when it was first published. It was only in later publications that the antagonists became Chinese, the locations moved the China, and the virus renamed to “Wuhan-400”.
